The hat that my son wanted was out of stock on line. I called the customer service number ( thank you for a phone number and a live person!). The lady looked around the different stores and found one that had the hats. I called the store and they sent it out the same day- to NJ. The lady could have have saved herself the trouble and said that they were out of stock and left it at that. Thank you for going out of your way to fulfill a small Christmas wish. I appreciate your kindness more than you know. Thank you

I have a large skull it’s hard to find a good fit
