So my wife and I have a King Ranch Expedition and we regularly take 'Go with No Plan" types of road trips. She journals our trips and then adds them to our travel blog. I got her this so that she could have a good quality journal to leave in the truck for our adventures, the ability to have her initials embossed made her day.

It never arrived
Would of like to have the initials of the recipient on the front of the journal instead of the back.
Not satisfied with the way it turned out.
The journal is really nice, feels sturdy and soft. The personalization however is less impressive. Unlike what’s shown when you preview it, I got just block letters. I looked at them closely and noticed the accents are actually in the letters (how shown) but it seems like they didn’t stamp it well. I emailed them back and the reply was that they don’t include the inner details. I love the journal, I’m not impressed with the personalization. It would have probably been better to buy the journal as is and have it professionally done elsewhere.
