Product is very rigid. The logo and the personalization stamp make it difficult to move the mouse around on the pad. Also, being that it is rigid, it dosent lay flat on the desk and that causes the pad to move around on th desk while using.

Nice but…

Very nice mouse pad. But it comes warped. It doesn’t lay flat on a desk. It’s as if it is bounded too tight in leather and the cardboard is warped. Doesn’t meet expectation.

Stylish Mousepad

Not much you can say about a mousepad (if it works) other than about its appearance. This pad with its western flair looks great and adds a nice touch to my desk.

I had to ask for a replacement on monogramed mouse pad

It was damaged when we recieved it. It had some type of imprint on it as if was squashed with something heavy. This was a Christmas gift for my son so I didn't want to give him something damaged. I called the Saddle Shop, they asked me to submit photos, then that they would review the photos. Two days later they called said i could go pick up a new one. I asked if they could mail because I don't live in Kingsville. Long story short, I had to go pick it up. When I gave them the damaged one the lady looked at me with not a friendly look and said that it looked like it had been stepped on.
I order regularly from their website but won't anymore. I didn't need to be treated that way. They need to trust their customers. And they shouldn't send damaged goods to their customers.
