Love it EXCEPT

The bag is wrinkled. Ive tried to gently steam it and used saddle conditioner but neither worked to get the crinkles out. A little concerned to use a low iron. The wrinkles are only on one entire side but very noticeable. I had my initials stamped on so can’t return it I suppose. Any other ideas on how to un-wrinkle. Otherwise it’s a lovely bag. Any additional ideas would be great??
